100architects was born with the mission of improving our cities and the experience of citizens in the public realm, by providing high-quality, innovative, and stimulating public spaces, inclusive & accessible to everyone.
 
We specialize in hyper-stimulating architecture, public spaces, urban activations and spaces for entertainment, generating innovative solutions that encourage the occurrence of joyful social dynamics. Through our experimental design approach, our work aims to transform the cityscape we know today into the hyper-stimulating one we envision tomorrow.
 
We believe play is the purest form of creativity, thus, we imagine cities as playgrounds for citizens, regardless of their age or social status, encouraging learning through play and social interactions.
 
At 100architects, we believe that working in public space is a privilege. We consider our office an experimental lab for creative urban solutions, driven by the passion for shaping the cities of tomorrow.
 
Our global team is composed of 20+ young creatives, architects, designers and business strategists whose work lies at the intersection of architecture, street art, landscape architecture, and urban interventions.
 
100 was founded in 2013 in Shanghai by Marcial Jesús, and is currently led by 5 partners –Javier González (Spain), Jenny Fan (China), Matías Hernández (Chile), Abdullatif Alsayegh (UAE) and Marcial Jesús (Chile) – establishing an international collaborative workshop with talents from the UK, Italy, Spain, Chile, Colombia, Indonesia, UAE and China.
 
Currently 100architects has 2 offices, the headquarters in Shanghai, China, and a newly opened office in Dubai, UAE. From these 2 architecture studios, we operate worldwide with projects presently being developed in Spain, Australia, Cambodia, the US, UAE, and KSA among others.
 
Through the strategic partnership with INFYA the Architectural manufacture & build arm of the Emirati-owned ALSAYEGH Group of Companies, with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Cairo, 100architects gains immediate on-ground and in-person presence in the MENA Region, making a clear commitment providing world-class service in the Middle East, where we are currently and jointly developing 5 projects spread around the UAE and the KSA.

We help Municipalities & Local Governments revitalize public spaces and establish a unique brand and identity for their cities, making them more functional, aesthetically pleasing, and engaging for the community, with innovative urban solutions that enhance the quality of life, promote economic development & tourism while maintaining cost-efficiency. With over 25 projects in more than 8 countries our recipe for the public space is proven to work.
 
We help Real Estate Developers to bring fresh and unique ideas to the public realm of their developments, which contributes to stand out in the market, establishing a distinct brand identity through innovative, and user-oriented design solutions that enhance the quality of life and thus, the appeal and value in the eyes of potential buyers or tenants, increasing the marketability of the project and potentially leading to higher property values, rental rates and ultimately faster sell out. Our solutions maximize the value of the entire development with a cost-effective rate per m2. With more than 21 projects built in mixed use developments, our projects have proven to ensure the success of the development scheme.
 
We help Retail Operators to transform their spaces into unique and visually appealing environments that increase foot traffic, attracting and retaining customers by turning their commercial spaces into “experiential retail” helping them stand out in a competitive market, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty while enhancing their brand presence potentially leading to higher sales, without the need of big renovation investment. With over 40 projects built in retail spaces our projects have proven to increase the footfall a 20% to 30%.
