Triple Blooming
The triple blooming is a lounge space partially covered by 3 big flowers, sheltering the space below from the rain and the excess of sun. Since it is basically an urban furniture, it is suitable for users of all ages and types.
It is a public urban artifact inspired in the blooming flower where the big colorful petals work as an eye-catching shading feature while the smaller ones are tables and chairs.
It has 2 stool sets with 4 stools each, 2 table seating with 4 seats each, 3 hammocks and 3 shading structures. However, this arrangement can be customized according to the preferences of the client.
The main inner structure is stainless steel frames and the finishing material is made with stainless steel sheets painted with a layer of fluorocarbon paint.
In the bottom there is a 12cm slab where all the components, seats and main column supporting the shading structure, are installed upon. The slab has 12cm height and it is a circular flat structural steel grid, covered with EPDM. This slab made possible to install this product on top of any surface or terrain without having the need of doing foundations.
It is also possible to do a small ramp around the slab to avoid tripping over with the change of level. This is done upon request.
The triple Blooming reaches a height of 7000 mm and the plaza is contained inside a circle with diameter 5700 mm.
The colors, lighting and details of this project can be customized depending on the needs of the client and conditions of the site. The modifications will be done upon request.
