Chinese village
Inspired by Chinese traditional architecture, it is medium-size play equipment mixed with public space components. It is intended for a diverse group of users, youngsters and adults alike, since is equipped not only with playing features but also with street furniture.
It is composed of 7 capsules that, with elegant gestures, mimic traditional Chinese architecture. All capsules together create a circuit of activities allowing children passing from one side to another, on a challenging route, climbing, sliding, jumping, and more.
The center capsule is the so-called Chinese pavilion, inspired by a garden pavilion, becoming the most eye-catching piece of the composition.
From the center Chinese pavilion, the columns supporting the roof, bend gently to colonize the space in front, generating seating features, shading structures, and some additional play equipment.
The main inner structure is stainless steel frames and the finishing material is made with stainless steel sheets or, alternatively, can be done with rigid PVC boards, with a layer of fluorocarbon paint.
Some of the features and equipment on top, such as the umbrellas and tables are done with fiberglass.
The Chinese Village reaches a maximum height of 5,15 m.
The colors, lighting, and details of this project can be customized depending on the needs of the client and the conditions of the site. The modifications will be done upon request.
